Online therapy has become increasingly popular in recent years due to its convenience; it involves talking with a licensed therapist over video chat or messaging services. Online therapies offer more accessibility for those who may not have access to transportation, or those who feel uncomfortable attending therapy in person.

Can Psychotherapy Help Me?

Psychotherapy has been shown to be an effective treatment for mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD. However, it may not be suitable for everyone. It’s best to talk to a licensed therapist to determine if psychotherapy is the right option for you.
